Last updated: 11 June 2026. This Refund Policy applies to activities organised by Dynactiveea. Our regular morning walking groups are free to join, so most participation involves no payment.
1. Free community walks
Our scheduled morning walking groups are offered at no charge. As there is no payment, no refund is required to take part or to step away at any time.
2. Optional paid events
From time to time we may offer optional paid events, such as a seasonal gathering. Where a fee applies, the booking details and any specific conditions will be made clear before you pay.
3. Refund eligibility
- If you cancel a paid event at least 7 days before it takes place, you are eligible for a full refund.
- If you cancel between 2 and 6 days before, you are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.
- If we cancel a paid event, you will receive a full refund.
4. How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us at helpdesk@dynactiveea.world with your booking details. We aim to acknowledge requests within 5 business days.
5. Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 14 days of approval. Your bank or provider may take additional time to display the funds.
6. Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer law, including the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act and, for eligible consumers in the European Union, statutory withdrawal rights under the GDPR-aligned consumer framework.
